Join us for an online assessment designed for students with approximately two years of Bharatanatyam learning experience.
During the assessment, students will be evaluated on their araimandi (basic posture), mudras (hand gestures), adavus (fundamental dance movements), rhythm, coordination, and overall understanding of foundational Bharatanatyam techniques.
This is also a wonderful opportunity for parents and students to meet the teacher, learn about Chella Natyalaya's structured curriculum, and discover how we nurture confidence, discipline, technique, cultural appreciation, and artistic growth throughout each student's Bharatanatyam journey.
What to Expect
Duration: 20–30 minutes

Parent attendance: Recommended
Who can join: Children aged 5–16 years with approximately 2 years of Bharatanatyam experience
Outcome: Placement recommendation and admission decision
Families of selected students will be notified approximately three weeks before the course begins. Due to limited class sizes, admission is subject to seat availability and successful placement assessment.
Please cancel or reschedule your online assessment at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows, will be charged a 100 SEK fee.
