Terms and conditions

Booking: Seat confirmed upon Swish deposit of 100 SEK (deducted from term fee).
Attendance: Minimum 75 % attendance required for badge award and progress certificate.
Parent access: One parent may observe the first and final class; all others are closed to maintain focus.
"Term payout plan", “Pay-in-Two” plan (50 % now, 50 % after week 4), "Monthly payout plan" on request for newcomers.
Payment
When you have received your acceptance letter, you will make payment according to the last payment date.
From your second period onwards, you will automatically receive a new invoice via the email address you have provided.
An unpaid invoice does not constitute cancellation.
Right of withdrawal
According to the Act on Distance Contracts and Contracts Outside Business Premises (2005:59), you have a full right of withdrawal for 14 days from the day you receive the Admission Notice for a teaching period. When you have started the activity, this means that you waive your right of withdrawal.
Refund Policy
Full refund of fees (including deposit) if you cancel 7 days before term start.
50 % refund if cancellation occurs during the first two teaching weeks.
No refund thereafter, except in cases of medical leave (doctor’s note required). Chella Natyalaya charges an administration fee of SEK 150 to make the refund.
When you cancel, your agreement with Chella Natyalaya will cease to apply and your participation in the current course will also be cancelled from the upcoming teaching period.

Unpaid invoices do not count as cancellation.

Enter your personal information and which course the cancellation applies to. If you are entitled to a refund, you must also notify the bank and bank account to which the refund should be made. Chella Natyalaya will refund the fee you are entitled to as soon as possible after we have received your bank details. However, no later than within 30 days of receiving your cancellation. Chella Natyalaya charges an administration fee of 150:- to make the refund.
Cancelled lessons/ Replacement sessions/ Substitutes
If Chella Natyalaya is forced to cancel one or more course sessions, these will be moved to another time. The day and time of the replacement sessions will be notified to you as soon as possible. You are not entitled to compensation or refund for the postponed course sessions.
If Chella Natyalaya is unable to offer replacement sessions, for reasons beyond Chella Natyalaya's control, such as but not limited to war, labor dispute, blockade, fire, environmental disaster, government decision or other circumstance, Chella Natyalaya reserves the right to replace the course sessions with digital material instead.
Force Majeure
Force majeure such as war, labor dispute, blockade, fire, environmental disaster, government decisions or other circumstances beyond Chella Natyalaya control and which prevent Chella Natyalaya from fulfilling its contractual obligations exempts Chella Natyalaya from fulfilling these obligations. The customer must be notified as soon as possible if there are circumstances that may lead to the application of this provision.
Payment reminder
If payment is not made despite reminders, the matter will be handed over to debt collection. Chella Natyalaya reserves the right to charge a reminder fee of 60:- per reminder and to charge interest on late payment according to law.
Privacy policy
Chella Natyalaya may publish photographs and other moving media from our educational activities on social networks such as Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and the like.
